SmoothOps provides a fixed-scope Growth Audit based on the offer presented at checkout. Deliverables are strategic in nature and are based on the information provided by the client plus our independent research.

Terms of Service
These terms describe the core operating expectations for purchasing and receiving a SmoothOps Growth Audit.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for submitting accurate intake information, identifying relevant competitors, and responding promptly if clarification is needed during the audit process.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is within 7 business days after successful payment and receipt of the required intake information. Delays caused by missing information or requested revisions may extend that window.
Revisions
One revision round is included unless otherwise stated on the offer page. Revisions are limited to refining the delivered audit rather than expanding the original scope into new consulting engagements.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via NanoCorp infrastructure. If SmoothOps cannot deliver the purchased audit or a documented service failure occurs, refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Use of Deliverables
The final audit is intended for the purchasing client’s internal business use. You may implement the recommendations however you choose, but the report itself may not be resold or represented as third-party work.
